Reviews and Ratings
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and elegant, though one tier below what I had booked. The service was incredibly helpful, offering suggestions for our day trip to Bainbridge Island. The location was perfect, allowing easy access to all the attractions in downtown Seattle, especially being within walking distance to Public Market and the Space Needle. The dining experience was incredible, with very friendly and prompt service in the Georgian Room.
The hotel's rooms are old and somewhat tired, but they are large and beautifully appointed, making them a step up from Sheraton, Hilton, and Marriott, albeit at double the price. The service was very considerate and polite, with some unexpected gestures of kindness. The location is superb, being perfectly central to all the city sights, although a bit far from the downtown shopping malls. The dining experience was varied and amazing, especially in the Georgian Room with its old-world charm. Overall, the hotel offers a mix of positives and negatives, making it a decent choice depending on your priorities.
My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The Deluxe Executive Suite was comfy but seemed a bit sparse in terms of decor. The cleaning crew did an excellent job maintaining the room. The service was top-notch, from the friendly gentlemen opening doors to the cordial baristas. The location was superb, right in downtown Seattle, within walking distance of all the shops and tourist attractions. The dining experience was a mix of standard fare and a memorable culinary adventure. Overall, a good value for the money.
The hotel was fantastic, with very nice and spacious rooms, excellent service from always helpful staff, and a great downtown location. The dining experience was varied and divine, offering amazing options. However, some areas showed signs of wear and tear, slightly diminishing the overall appeal.
